In September 2016, a group of local people got together to launch the Get Glasgow Moving public transport campaign, which has since grown to become one of the most well-known and well-respected passenger groups in Scotland.
Join us to celebrate Get Glasgow Movingโs first decade, as we reflect on the big wins, and some set-backs, which have got us to where we are today โ on the cusp of finally seeing a world-class, fully-integrated public transport system rolled-out across our region through SPTโs plans to deliver bus franchising and Clyde Metro.
The opening event will feature a discussion with key activists involved in the campaignโs launch, and who have volunteered their time in fight for better public transport over the last ten years.
