Our regional transport authority – SPT – is currently deciding whether to begin the process of taking Strathclyde’s buses back into public control using new powers in the Transport Act 2019.
They are due to announce their decision on Friday 15 March. We are doing everything we can to ramp up the pressure on SPT Board members before then, including delivering our petition to them on Friday 23 February, 9:30am ahead of their Board meeting.
